Research
My research experience is interdisciplinary and involves both qualitative and mixed methods methodologies. Depending on the discipline and the research team, we have used grounded theory (nursing), interpretive description (nursing, public health), qualitative content analysis (health geography, sociology, social work, forest resources management), discourse analysis (political science), case studies (counselling psychology) and mixed methods (assessment tool validation - gerontology) thus far. Some qualitative projects do not specify a methodology (e.g., language & literacy education).
Most recently (January, 2016) : Photovoice (gerontology/sociology/social work), Photovoice (family practice), implementation science (medicine), evaluation science (medicine), longitudinal qualitative inquiry (family practice), framework analysis (medicine), candidacy framework (gerontology), empowerment evaluation (evaluation)
